Developed by Konami, Silent Hill 2 is the second installment in the Silent Hill series. This survival horror game is one of the best and most classic in the genre. A sequel to The Forest is currently under development and is set to release in October 2022. Players are free to make their own decisions for survival. The game features nonlinear gameplay, with no set missions or quests. Players follow the character Eric Leblanc as he fights cannibalistic tribes in his search to find his son Timmy who was lost after a plane crash. The Forest, as can be expected by the name, takes place in a heavily forested peninsula. The next-gen version will release very soon on April 21. Gamers play as a physicist, formerly employed at Chernobyl Nuclear Plant who is suffering from the loss of their loved one in the Chernobyl Disaster 30 years ago and returns to the disaster zone to look for their partner. The game is set in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, where the player’s objective is to explore, as Ukrainian physicist Igor Khymynuk, and find his fiancée in the radioactive wasteland.
